Thirty-six youth workers joined a special training. They came from Lebanon, Ukraine, Moldova, Poland, Cyprus, Greece, Tunisia, Georgia, and Estonia.
The training was about digital business. It covered topics like online marketing, customer service, and branding.
In addition, it focused on empathy. This means caring about people and their needs.
As a result, the youth learned how to build businesses that are kind and helpful. They also explored how to turn ideas into online projects.
Moreover, the training gave them easy tools to start their own digital work. They worked in teams and shared their stories.
Through this teamwork, they built strong skills and trust. Step by step, they gained the confidence to move forward.
Most importantly, the program showed that business is not only about money. It is also about helping people and making a difference.
In the end, this training helped young people connect, grow, and think in new ways.
